These Terms of Use apply when you access or use hiddenstructure.co and the public tools and content made available through it. The site is operated by Horizon Search Inc. under the Hidden Structure name.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so on its behalf.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The diagnostics
The Revenue Leak, Pricing Power, and Channel Mix scorecards are self-assessment tools intended to help business teams identify questions worth investigating. They use self-reported answers and the Hidden Structure scoring rubric.
The diagnostics do not establish causality, measure exact revenue loss, provide a validated peer percentile, or predict financial returns. A score is a structured signal, not a finding of fact about your company.
You are responsible for the accuracy and authority of information you enter or submit. Do not provide information that you are not permitted to disclose.
Business and professional decisions
Public site content and diagnostic outputs are general business information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
You should evaluate material decisions using the evidence, professional advice, and internal approvals appropriate to your organization. Hidden Structure is not responsible for a decision made solely from a free scorecard, Field Note, sample diagnostic, or other public content.
A paid Teardown, Audit, Redesign, advisory engagement, or other professional service begins only when the parties agree to the applicable scope and commercial terms. The signed engagement agreement governs that work.
No account required
The free diagnostics do not require an account. Optional saved progress may be kept in your browser when you choose to remember it or use Save & exit. You are responsible for retaining any result you want to keep, including by saving the PDF, printing, downloading the summary, or preserving a result link.
Acceptable use
You may use the public site and diagnostics for legitimate internal business evaluation and discussion. You may not use the site to interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated means to overload the service.
You may not systematically extract, reproduce, resell, publish, or use the diagnostic questions, scoring logic, reports, or site content to build a competing assessment or commercial product without written permission.
Intellectual property
The Hidden Structure name, site design, original text, diagnostic questions, scoring frameworks, visualizations, reports, and other original materials are owned by Horizon Search Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may download or print your own diagnostic result for internal business use and may share a result link with people you choose. That permission does not transfer ownership of the underlying methodology, questions, scoring system, design, or software.
Third-party names, marks, quotations, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to prior employers or other companies describe experience and do not imply endorsement of Hidden Structure.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or use services provided by third parties, including hosting, scheduling, analytics, content delivery, social, and media platforms. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site accurate, useful, and available, but public content may contain errors, become outdated, or be unavailable from time to time. We may change, suspend, or remove public tools or content without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public site, free diagnostics, and public content are provided on an as-available basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Search Inc. and people acting for Hidden Structure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of the public site or free diagnostics, including loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement rather than these public site terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or services change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
